ABSTRACT: We suggest that there should be a minimum electromagnetic radiation frequency in the Hubble sphere and that this seems to be directly linked to the Hawking Temperature and our recent discovery that the CMB temperature could simply be a geometric mean temperature between minimum and maximum Hawking temperatures in the Hubble sphere; see [1]-[3].
