ABSTRACT: Chu bronze is an outstanding representative of Chu culture and art, and an important part of Chinese bronze research. This paper, mainly through the literature research method, carries out a theoretical research on the origin and development status of the existing literature related to Chu-style bronzes at home and abroad, and comprehensively summarizes its important contents in the six aspects of modeling, pattern, inscription, technology, function, and design transformation, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the expansion of the breadth and depth of Chu-style bronzes research.
