ABSTRACT: In this paper, we give a Variational Based Proof of Born’s Postulate via wave-action conservation. This aids in providing a definition of the term quanta and an interpretation of Quantum Mechanics. This in turn leads to an interpretation of the Double Slit Experiment. Other results relating Quantum Mechanics to Classical Physics are also discussed.
