ABSTRACT: This case series presents a novel approach for treating pathologic femoral neck fractures with distal shaft lesions using a cemented bipolar hemiarthroplasty stem augmented with a Küntscher nail extension. Two patients with metastatic disease and complex fractures underwent this procedure. Both demonstrated improved mobility and pain relief postoperatively. This technique offers a promising strategy for achieving fracture healing and functional restoration in challenging clinical scenarios. Further research is warranted to evaluate long-term outcomes and comparative effectiveness.
