  ABSTRACT: This study aims to analyze the application of boundary layer theory to the Falkner-Skan equation for unsteady laminar boundary-layer flow over a horizontal wedge. The analysis is motivated by the importance of understanding the flow behavior characteristics of unsteady fluids over a horizontal wedge. The governing partial differential equations, along with the relevant boundary conditions, are solved numerically. The constant coefficients in the estimated solution are obtained using the finite difference approximation combined with a trial-and-error approach. Computational results are presented graphically for various values of the non-dimensional parameters involved in the analysis. The study investigates the effects of the fluid concentration parameter, Reynolds number, wedge angle parameter, and particle mass parameter. It is expected that the present findings will contribute to a deeper mathematical understanding of unsteady dusty fluid flow over a horizontal wedge and stimulate further research in this field.
