ABSTRACT: Introduction: Measles is a highly contagious, serious and re-emerging disease. This study assessed the knowledge of measles among mothers of children under 5 years in the municipality of Parakou in 2024. Methods: We conducted a descriptive cross-sectional study with analytical objectives over a 5-month period. The study population consisted of mothers of children under 5 years of age in the municipality of Parakou, selected using systematic random cluster sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire on the KoboCollect application. Prevalence ratios (PRs) with 95% confidence intervals were used to assess associations.
