ABSTRACT: The strategic use of teaching-learning resources sparks curiosity among learners while adept use of scientific tools enhances student engagement and boosts academic performance. This contradicts the current state where students’ performance in chemistry has been dismal for some years. The paper examined the relationship between the use of library resources and students’ academic performance in Chemistry. This study was conducted at Kesses Sub-County, Uasin Gishu County, Kenya. Correlation research design was used while education production function formed the theoretical basis for this study. Questionnaires and document analysis were used to collect data. The target population was 43 school principals, 70 chemistry teachers and 2530. Form three students and the sample units were 14 principals, 14 chemistry teachers and 148 students. Data collected was analyzed by the aid of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS-Version 26).
