ABSTRACT: Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a severe neurological disorder that can result in serious sequelae, significantly impacting patients’ quality of life. However, there is currently no unified and highly effective pharmacological treatment strategy available. Therefore, this article reviews the current status of drugs commonly used in the clinical treatment of spinal cord injury.
