  ABSTRACT: All charged particles possess electrostatic field energy. The gravitational acceleration generated by this energy form has been theoretically predicated but to date it has not been experimentally confirmed. We show how a hollow electrical insulator with electrons inside the hollow space can be employed in a torsion balance instrument to measure this effect.
