ABSTRACT: We suggest ball lightning does not fall because of the gravitational force experienced by ball lightning. We show that this force is predominantly determined by the electrons in ball lightning that came chiefly from the lightning strike that caused the phenomenon. General Relativity predicts that these electrons cause ball lightning to experience gravitational repulsion.
