ABSTRACT: A cross-sectional survey (240 cattle, dry and rainy seasons 2021) assessed tick-borne haemoparasites in four peri-urban corridors of Bouaké using Giemsa-stained blood smears. The blood sample can permit some species to be identified, such as B. bigemina, A. marginale, A. centrale and Theileria spp. This species is considered the hemoparasites of cattle. The different results show the prevalence of different hemoparasite, linking the sex of the animal, age class, physiological aspect and breed (Méré, N’dama et Zébu) of cattle. Anaplasma marginale showed the highest prevalence (48.3%), followed by Theileria spp (21.3%), Babesia bigemina (9.6%) and Anaplasma centrale (4.6%); Trypanosoma spp were absent.
