ABSTRACT: Comprehensively promoting the rule of law in universities is an inevitable requirement for the education system to implement the rule of law in a comprehensive manner, and it is a solid cornerstone for promoting the high-quality. Based on the new stage of development, China should fully understand the logic of promoting the rule of law in vocational universities, accurately grasp the reality of the dilemma of promoting the rule of law in vocational universities, and put forward the efforts to cultivate the use of the rule of law thinking and approaches, strengthen the rule of law management system of vocational universities and optimize the security risk prevention system of vocational universities. The comprehensive promotion of the rule of law in the development of China’s vocational education causes to strengthen the fundamentals, stabilize expectations, and benefit the long-term important safeguard role.
