ABSTRACT: This research presents construction time and cost estimates for Climate Change Haven Communities built in the Virginia Highlands. AI imagery is used to represent residential, administrative, business/professional and shopping structures that would be appropriate for the Appalachian Region of the United States. These estimates and structural designs may be applicable to the construction of similar installations in Europe and Asia, as well as other areas of the Continental United States.
