ABSTRACT: This study examines the perceptions and satisfaction of pneumoconiosis patients regarding the assistance provided by the NGO “Da Ai Qing Chen”. Using a cross-sectional survey of 102 pneumoconiosis patients across five provinces in China, data was collected via structured questionnaires to measure patient satisfaction, perceived social support, and coping strategies. Grounded in social support theory and coping mechanism theory, the findings indicate that patients report high satisfaction with the NGO’s efforts.
