ABSTRACT: This study examines the impact of Sustainable Leadership on Sustainable Development, as well as the mediating role of organizational commitment in this relationship. Data were collected via questionnaires distributed to teachers in sustainable schools in Oman and analyzed using SPSS and PLS-SEM. The findings revealed that Sustainable Leadership positively influences both Sustainable Development and organizational commitment. Additionally, organizational commitment was found to mediate the relationship between Sustainable Leadership and Sustainable Development. Based on these results, the researchers provide recommendations, including urging the Ministry of Education to organize intensive training programs for school principals to enhance their understanding of Sustainable Leadership—its principles, applications, and strategies for fostering it among staff. Furthermore, future studies in different educational settings are suggested to expand on these findings.
