ABSTRACT: Children are special subjects that need to be protected to avoid harm and abuse caused by the legal process. On the basis of absorbing the content of the International Conventions on the Protection of Children’s Rights, the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code has made many progressive amendments and supplements to better ensure children’s rights in proceedings criminal. The article focuses on clarifying the provisions of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code on ensuring children’s human rights, pointing out inadequacies, limitations and proposing some recommendations.
