ABSTRACT: In the construction of digital campuses in universities, online graduation and departure are important aspects. Implementing the online graduation and departure function for graduates can reduce the complexity of traditional procedures, improve processing efficiency and information dissemination rate, and enhance the level of information management in universities. This article summarizes the construction process and explores the advantages and future optimization directions of online graduation and departure.
