ABSTRACT: With the rapid development of cutting-edge technologies such as internet technology, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence, traditional trade models have revealed significant limitations. Small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises urgently need to advance digital transformation. Based on the SWOT analysis framework, this paper delves into the connotation and motivations of digital transformation for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, explores their internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as the external opportunities and threats they face, and proposes corresponding countermeasures. The aim is to provide theoretical guidance and practical references for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises.
