ABSTRACT: Endoscopic nasobiliary drainage, as an external bile drainage method, can promote patient recovery, but also bring discomfort to patients. This article reviews the problems existing in patients with nasobiliary drainage, the main forms and effects of nursing, analyzes the limitations of existing research, and proposes suggestions and inspirations for nursing patients with nasobiliary drainage based on actual situations, in order to provide new perspectives and clinical basis for developing scientific and reasonable nursing plans in the future.
