ABSTRACT: This study examines the comparative controllability of bilinear stochastic systems. By applying the Banach fixed-point theorem, necessary conditions for the relative controllability of stochastic bilinear systems with delays are derived. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed results.
