ABSTRACT: In recent years, with the continuous development of information technology, massive amounts of data have emerged, and the correct sharing and use of data have become an important aspect of modernization. Combining social administrative management data with data generated during the operation of universities can empower scientific management and improve the quality of information technology. This article analyzes the guidance provided by the government on data governance, combined with the informatization situation of our university, and explores the significance and implementation process of data shared by the Ministry of Education, as well as the direction for future optimization.
