  ABSTRACT: Labor education is the basic requirement for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral character. Colleges and universities in the new era need to further improve the accurate management of financial aid and human development, grasp the intrinsic connection between financial aid and human development and labor education, integrate labor education into financial aid and human development, and explore the practical path of integrating labor education into financial aid and human development for college and university students in the new era. We explore the practical path of labor education integrating into the work of financing and educating students in colleges and universities in the new era: taking labor education as the hand and carrier, expanding the practical platform of financing and educating students, improving the practical effectiveness of financing and educating students, and constructing a new working pattern of effective integration of labor education and financing and educating students in the new era.
