ABSTRACT: With the exponential growth of the global population, particularly in underdeveloped regions, traffic congestion has become a pressing issue, exacerbated by limited resources and infrastructure. Conventional solutions like constructing new roads face feasibility challenges in third-world countries. In this context, we propose an innovative approach leveraging IoT, blockchain technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and sensor technologies for automatic traffic management. The proposed system aims to intelligently detect and respond to changing traffic conditions in real-time, optimizing signal timings to alleviate congestion. Through a comparative analysis, we evaluate the effectiveness of our proposed solution against traditional methods, which are facing many issues at present condition. This research contributes to addressing the escalating traffic challenges in underdeveloped countries, offering a sustainable and efficient approach to mitigate congestion and improve urban mobility.
