ABSTRACT: The growth of multicellular organisms is directly related to cell proliferation through the cell cycle, in which a single cell grows and divides to produce two daughter cells. This process leads to an exponential increase in cell number and serves as a rapid mechanism for tissue growth. In this article, we aim to establish a connection between cell proliferation and surreal numbers, demonstrating that dyadic rational numbers emerging from surreal number theory may be related to growing cell numbers.
