ABSTRACT: This study aimed to assess the knowledge level of Ghanaian residents on basic legal issues (i.e., legal systems and structures) and how this knowledge affects their perception of justice delivery in the court system. A structured questionnaire was used to randomly gather data from 400 respondents across all 16 political regions in Ghana.
