This review broadly summarizes current research on ITGB4’s involvement in breast cancer, focusing on its role in metastasis, metabolic reprogramming, drug resistance, and immunoregulation that collectively influence tumor behavior with implications for the development of innovative and more efficacious therapeutic modalities.
