ABSTRACT: This study seeks to understand the current status of retirees at various levels Gerotranscendence, life satisfaction, and creative performance. This paper mainly explores three research variables through a literature review, and puts forward relevant suggestions based on the analysis results. It is hoped that government administrative agencies, relevant units, and subsequent researchers will pay attention to the research variables and provide specific suggestions and references.
