ABSTRACT: Based on the Conservation of Resources Theory, the study established and tested the relationship of workplace fun, workplace friendship, employee creativity and personality type. The results show that: 1) workplace fun has a positive impact on workplace friendship and employee creativity, 2) workplace friendship plays a mediating role between workplace fun and employee creativity, and 3) personality type plays a moderating role between workplace fun and employee creativity.
