ABSTRACT: This essay did a systematic review about the existing treatment towards bipolar disorder, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, group psychoeducation and family focused treatment. Then the advantages of music therapy are identified by looking at the existing cases. Finally, why music therapy is suitable for curing bipolar disorder is analyzed in multi dimensions.
