ABSTRACT: This study investigates employees’ psychological well-being (PWB) in the Brazilian IT industry before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The research uses the Psychological Well-Being Theory and User Acceptance of Information Technology (UTAUT) to examine the relationship between teleworking and psychological well-being. The Brazilian IT industry, the first IT market in Latin America, has experienced a significant increase in teleworking during the pandemic. The study employed a multiple-methods approach, including focus groups and in-depth interviews, to examine the impact of teleworking on PWB.
