ABSTRACT: This study sought to determine the relationship between working student’s occupational stress and their academic achievement while attaining higher education. Study has employed a quantitative research methodology, a random sampling technique. Questionnaires were used for data collection from university graduates, comprised of Occupational Stress Scale (OSS). A total number of 214 participants were involved in this study. The gathered data were analyzed through SPSS (version 21.0).
