  ABSTRACT: Character education shapes people’s values and behaviors and fosters a sense of responsibility and empathy for others. While some argue that character development should be the sole responsibility of families and communities, it is essential that educational institutions actively engage in the teaching of ethics, morals, civic values, and citizenship. By integrating these elements into the curriculum, schools can help reduce societal problems resulting from a lack of character education. This article aims to highlight this concept and propose a conceptual framework based on Ken Wilber’s integral theory for the emergence of a virtuous profile in business schools.
