ABSTRACT: With the deepening of population aging in rural Beijing, the proportion of the elderly population in rural Beijing has risen sharply, and the demand for aging-friendly products and services, such as daily living aids, smart electronic products, new energy vehicles, green buildings and infrastructures, has also surged. This change poses a severe challenge to the traditional family pension model, and there is an urgent need for socialized pension services to provide a powerful supplement. In the context of the national governance system, this article constructs an operational framework for the time bank based on the mechanism of supply and demand matching, explores issues related to the construction of mutual-aid social care service system in rural Beijing based on the time bank, and explores its countermeasures and suggestions. It provides a powerful reference for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the construction of beautiful villages in Beijing.
