ABSTRACT: Premature ovarian failure (POF) is a prevalent cause of female infertility. POF features include estrogen hypofunction, amenorrhea, infertility, and high gonadotropin levels. The etiology of POF is genetic diseases, autoimmune diseases, enzyme defects and environmental factors. The development of Regenerative medicine has made stem cell and exosome (EXOs) therapy effective for POF. This review discusses POF stem cell research and development.
