ABSTRACT: This article investigates the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Project Management Success (PMS) in Brazil’s private healthcare system. The study involved 218 experts from 130 private hospitals and analyzed the relationship using multiple linear regression and correlation tests. Key findings showed strong correlations between Challenging the Process (CHP) and Inspiring a Sharing Vision (ISV), Encouraging the Heart (EHT), and Modeling the Way (MOW). The research model is objective and based on evidence, providing a new perspective on the subject and offering implications for future research.
