ABSTRACT: This paper combs the related knowledge of the social use value in supply from two aspects, adaptive behaveior and logic creative action. Then, the process of enterprise value growth is analyzed based on the circulation of adaptive behavior and the situation of logic creative behavior to break the long-run equilibrium, on the operation of which the paper shows the long-term equilibrium adjustment process from three procedures, and this is the dynamic process of enterprise overall value supply equilibrium. The next, new phenomenon in the dynamic equilibrium of enterprise value is further analyzed. In brief, the purpose of this paper is to build the mechanism of growth in the enterprise value on the basis of social use value.
