ABSTRACT: The training goal of postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine is to train compound medical talents with post competence in the new era, that is, not only to master conventional medical knowledge and clinical skills, but also to have the training of scientific research ability. This paper discusses the problems encountered by the master of clinical medicine in the standardized training of residents, such as self-cognition, time conflict, lack of attention, lack of scientific research ability, humanistic spirit education, salary and mentality, and puts forward relevant solutions.
