ABSTRACT: As to the question that the current enterprise information system can not adapt quickly to shifting business, this paper mainly studied business process adaptability according to Norm and SOA and proposed a business process modeling method based on Norm. The purpose is to enable business change in the information systems more flexible and better meet the current market and customer demands.
