ABSTRACT: Leisure and sightseeing agriculture is a new type of agricultural development that combines leisure sightseeing and agriculture with agriculture. The development of leisure and tourism agriculture will help rural development, increase agricultural efficiency and increase farmers’ income. As a characteristic industry of Lanxi, bayberry has a solid industrial foundation with the strong support of the government and relevant organizations. Under the current background of the explosive development of domestic leisure and sightseeing tourism, if new development concepts can be incorporated, Lanxi Yangmei’s characteristic leisure and sightseeing agriculture has broad prospects for future development. Based on this, the paper uses the SWOT analysis method and takes Lanxi “Yangmei Corridor” as the research object to conduct a detailed analysis of its advantages and disadvantages in developing leisure and sightseeing agriculture, thereby proposing the introduction of a new model for the development of “experiential” leisure and sightseeing agriculture. Relevant safeguard measures and suggestions were put forward for the construction of the new model.
