ABSTRACT: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, natural language processing and machine learning technology have been improved. The quality and quantity of artificial intelligence writing works have been greatly improved by using deep learning algorithms and big data analysis. Some artificial intelligence writing tools can generate text content comparable to or even beyond human writing. Especially template artificial intelligence writing, with its efficient output rate and low cost, provides convenience for many industries. However, the development of artificial intelligence has also had a great impact on the traditional copyright law, and the ownership of copyright has aroused widespread concern. This paper will study and analyze the three viewpoints of copyright ownership put forward by scholars at present, namely, public domain theory, legal simulation theory and personal theory, and put forward reasonable suggestions for copyright ownership of template artificial intelligence writing works from three angles of public domain theory, legal simulation theory and personal theory.
