ABSTRACT: Optimizing a company’s asset and capital structure has a positive effect
on reducing capital costs and increasing the use of assets. In this paper, we
consider the optimization problem of a company’s asset and capital structure.
The proposed model is formulated as a fractional programming problem. The
problem was solved numerically on “Mat-lab” using data from Mongolian mining companies. Numerical
results are provided.
