ABSTRACT: In history, Russia has many familiar artists and many classic works of
art. Nowadays, after absorbing the western visual art concept, Russian artists
have integrated the traditional Russian regional creation concept and produced
a series of interesting works. Vagin Evgeny
is a new generation of Russian painter. He integrates some of the
impressionist creative ideas. His works are direct, bold, with strong brushstrokes and regional themes.
He is a noteworthy painter.
