  ABSTRACT: This article investigates the significance of ethical leadership within organizations that use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. This study analyzes the ethical dilemmas that arise in artificial intelligence (AI)-driven scenarios, including prejudice and privacy concerns. It also outlines the strategies used by ethical leaders to establish ethical standards, cultivate responsible AI cultures, and promote transparency. The paper analyzes how ethical leadership influences employee wellbeing and decision-making in artificial intelligence (AI) environments. In addition, this paper provides recommendations for future research, focusing on the importance of ethical leadership in shaping the ethical behaviors of enterprises powered by artificial intelligence.
