ABSTRACT: Rice culture is an important part of traditional Chinese agricultural culture and was listed on the National List of Non-heritage Representative Items in 2014. This study conducts a systematic bibliometric and visual analysis of “rice culture”, in order to provide a reference for the excavation, protection, inheritance and rural revitalization of the agricultural cultural heritage system. This paper takes the rice culture in the CNKI literature database as the research object, and uses CiteSpace software to analyze the research trends, research themes and research hotspots of rice culture in China in recent years. It was found that the number of research results on rice culture was not high in general, and the excavation, protection, inheritance and sustainable development of rice culture are still the core contents of research on rice culture heritage.
