ABSTRACT: In this paper, the author aimed to explore the relationship
between authoritative, democratic, and laissez-faire leadership styles of administrators
at Lingnan Normal University in Guangdong Province, China, and examine the impact of educational administrators’ leadership styles on teachers’ organizational commitment in tertiary education.
