  ABSTRACT: The dynamic mechanism of characteristics of upper echelons has not been discussed in depth. This article analyzes the dynamic mechanism of cognitive and emotional characteristics deeply based on the connotation and dynamic properties of them. Through analysis by introducing the relevant theory of topology, the existence of partial equilibrium and general equilibrium in the dynamic interaction between top echelons’ characteristics has been found. The paper reveals the dynamic mechanism of characteristics of upper echelons.
