with UiPath’s unicorn journey as a standout success. The country’s focus on
software development has positioned it as a leading destination for
outsourcing, driving economic growth, and creating job opportunities.
Accelerator programs and funding initiatives have further fueled the startup
ecosystem’s growth, providing support and resources for aspiring entrepreneurs.
With a skilled workforce, favorable cost-to-quality ratio, and geographic
advantages, Romania has become a hub for innovation and technology. The
software development sector’s impact on the national economy is evident,
contributing to GDP growth, export revenues, and attracting foreign direct
investment.
