ABSTRACT: The science and technology innovation projects of contemporary universities are based on humanities and social sciences, serving local culture, digging deep into local cultural resources, exploring and developing the output form of cul-tural resources, aiming at inheriting cultural roots and casting cultural confi-dence. Based on the background of the new era, the project Telling Shaoxing Tea Culture Well in Russian collects and organizes Shaoxing tea culture re-sources, explores the history and culture behind Shaoxing tea culture, and in-novates ways to disseminate Shaoxing tea culture, aiming to use professional knowledge to tell Chinese stories and inherit, to carry forward and spread Shaoxing tea culture. This paper is centered on the Shaoxing tea culture, with the line of history, using stories as the bone and blood, to tell the stories of Shaoxing tea in Russian to the outside world and show the charm of China.
