ABSTRACT: Medical staff are facing challenges in both their knowledge and practical skills in this era of New Medicine. However, the lack of experimental resources and the difficulties in the application prevent the medical staff from learning through practice and cause an even bigger gap between their theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The emergence of virtual simulation and humanoid technologies is a solution to both problems mentioned above by improving the practical skills of medical staff or medical students and their clinical thinking.
