ABSTRACT: Procurement is a key step in determining the quality
and cost of an enterprise’s products, and the
selection of procurement suppliers is one of the important factors in this key
step. How to choose a qualified and satisfactory supplier is not only related to the future product quality, but also affects
the control of procurement costs. This article mainly discusses the selection
and development of suppliers, supplier performance evaluation, and how to
strengthen the relationship management with suppliers, in order to expect the
procurement department to select, utilize, and retain suppliers, in order to
ensure procurement quality and improve product market competitiveness.
